The assessment is based on Qualified AM standards aligned with the ISO/ASTM 529xx series, combined with sector-specific regulatory requirements such as Aerospace, Defence, Medical, Rail, and Energy. Organizations document their current processes, capabilities, and controls using a standardized framework.
The full process – data collection, evaluation, risk analysis, and report generation – is carried out digitally through the QamX RISK software module. The system integrates AM standards, maps regulatory requirements, and supports companies in identifying gaps, risks, and improvement actions.
The final result is a customer friendly Qualified AM Readiness Report.
